The Swedish newspaper, Metro, in their 16 May edition, published data that reveals the true and sorry state of chilhood hunger in what is regarded as one of the world’s most advanced nations.
Some 13 percent of children in Sweden live in poverty. According to the aid organisation Stadsmissionen, many of these families are in acute need as poverty forces them to eat cheap and unhealthy food.
