The WAF award show will be an evening of hope – an opportunity to
stage the vision of water and food for everyone with dignity, peace and
prosperity and to showcase the initiatives that are making a real difference.
The award show will not only entertain the audience. It will tell the story of
the poor and forgotten, and water and food for everyone, through words,
music and performance. Everyone will feel that they are taking part of an
innovative and sustainable effort towards creating access to clean water and nutritious food for everyone.
Our mission is to make the event memorable.
We will invite successful and prominent business people from corporate Denmark. Celebrities will show their support at the show. People of all ages, cultures
and walks of life are cordially invited.
The show will be set in a story telling way. All parties involved, from
speakers to artists, to sponsors to performers to general public – all the way
to the food and beverages served, are taking part in telling the story. The
story of how we, together, can create focus, ideas and practical aid to selfhelp
to the poor and forgotten and empower them.
