• Mads Kjaer: I love to work together with different kind of people and to create new solutions for us to move forward.   Kjaer Group has been an important part of my life.  In 1977 a new path was set as my father sold a Renault 4 to a voulunteer going to Lusaka in Zambia and you can now nearly guess why Africa became part of me. I worked operationally in Kjaer Group from 1984 to 2006, the last 20 yeas as CEO and today I am the Chairman (none executive). Its also here the new journey towards C4 and MyC4 started as we had decided to support the UNMDGs as part of our business. This is where the first thought of Care4Africa started and what became C4.

Else Marie Bukdahl has received numerous prestigious awards, is board member of several high ranking associations and foundations and has written several books, is coauthor of several books and many articles.

Dr. Anil Kapur: Managing Director of World Diabetes Foundation, www.worlddiabetesfoundation.org

Dr Anil Kapur has a background in Novo Nordisk India initially as General Manager India, subsequently as Vice President International operations responsible for the India Region and lately as the Vice President, Stakeholder Relations Asia. He is author of more than ninety papers in the areas of Internal Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology and Endocrinology. Dr. Kapur has co-ordinated two large-scale studies and has helped to establish many promising projects in India

Tania Ellis is an expert in social business trends. She contributes to the Selection Committee with her knowledge within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), (Corporate) social innovation (CSI) and Corporate Volunteering. www.taniaellis.dk.
