Water and Food for All!

More than 1 billion people do not have enough food to live an active life. Over 1,4 billion are without access to clean water. Famine and malnutrition are the main health hazards globally.

More than 153 million children under the age of five suffer from chronic famine and 6 million of these children die from hunger every year.

The Humanitarian Water & Food Award’s goal is to support, recognize and highlight sustainable humanitarian projects that make a considerable difference in providing water and food to people in need, and help them to become self sufficient. It is also to provide a platform for corporations to engage in Corporate Social Responsibility activities and possibly identify a business case together with WAF and an applicant.

As sponsor of The Humanitarian Water and Food Award (WAF), your company is invited to the Award Event. In addition sponsors will, depending on the package selected, receive PR. The award and award event is your opportunity to show support for this humanitarian project. The date will be decided when more sponsors contribute fiscally toward the prize.
