OBJECTIVE To ensure that the application process is running smoothly by working with organizational partners, potential applicants, applicants and team members.
WHAT CAN YOU DO? Take responsibility for pursuing and keeping in contact with partners, potential applicants, and applicants. Also, preliminary evaluation of applicants.
Details:
• Contacting organizational partners and asking for a call for applicants through their networks
• Researching and contacting potential applicants
• Updating excel worksheets containing information on partners and potential applicants
• Communicating with applicants and receiving applications
• Processing and initial evaluation of applications
• Working together with the Research and Documentation team to accomplish these goals
• Have an excitement and interest in being heavily involved with the future recipients of the HWAFA
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED Comfortable contacting new people, web proficiency, Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
